Vacancy: Marketing Manager (Retail & E-commerce)

Are you a strategic and creative Marketing Manager with a feel for fashion, branding, and online growth? Do you want to build a strong brand that is visible both in-store and online? Then we are looking for you.

Van Elst Mode is a growing fashion brand with a physical store and webshop. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategy.

What will you do?

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy for both the store and webshop

  • Manage and optimize online marketing channels (social media, email, online campaigns)

  • Monitor and strengthen the brand identity of Van Elst Mode

  • Analyze results and adjust based on data and trends

  • Collaborate with external parties such as photographers, designers, and marketing specialists

  • Contribute ideas for campaigns, collections, and commercial promotions

What do we ask?

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in retail or e-commerce

  • Strong sense of branding, positioning, and communication

  • Experience with online marketing, social media, and email campaigns

  • Analytical skills and a commercial mindset

  • Independent, proactive, and results-oriented

What will you do?

  • Welcome customers and provide personal and honest style advice

  • Help find the right size, fit, and outfit

  • Ensure a well-maintained and attractive store presentation

  • Assist with daily store operations such as cash register and inventory

  • Contribute to a pleasant shopping experience for every customer
