Please note: We do not offer free returns. Any costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt, provided the conditions below are met:

The order includes all original parts and accessories, and the packaging is in original condition.

The product has been used normally; damage due to improper use is excluded.

Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before return.

Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.

We are entitled to charge the customer for return shipping costs.

Returns are processed within 7 business days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect the product has been used or damaged beyond our responsibility.
How can I return my order?

After receiving your request, we will contact you and provide the correct return address.
Never send your return back to the sender.
You will only receive the correct return address after approval.
The costs for return shipping are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)
The consumer has the right to withdraw from an agreement, provided the consumer is a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to commercial or professional activities.
A. Conditions for withdrawal
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period is 14 days, starting from the day you (or a third party designated by you) received the last product.
Because we work with a fully automated order and shipping system, orders are processed immediately. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been shipped.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us (vanelstmode.nl), for example, by email via info@vanelstmode.nl, of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.
The withdrawal is only complete once we have received the return shipment.
The costs for return shipping are borne by the buyer.
Shipments underway
Our products are shipped from Asia. This can lead to longer delivery times over which we have no control.
If your order is already on its way, cancellation is not possible. In that case, you can await delivery and then return the product.
You are, of course, welcome to inform us in advance of your intention to withdraw.
For quick processing, we kindly request you to send us proof of shipment.
Consequences of withdrawal
After correct withdrawal, we will refund the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the return shipment.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original payment, unless otherwise agreed. No additional costs will be charged for this.
All returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia.
